Pasta Fresca

At Mezzeluna Pasta co. , we focus on doing a few things exceptionally well. We make two types of fresh pasta, hand-cut long noodles and carefully crafted stuffed pasta - both rooted in traditional technique, quality ingredients, and made fresh in small batches.

Long Noodles

Our long noodles are made fresh, by hand, using traditional techniques. Each batch is rolled out, cut, and shaped in-house - never dried - to preserve texture, elasticity, and flavour. Designed to cook beautifully and hold sauce bringing a true fresh-pasta experience to the table.

Stuffed Pasta

Our stuffed pastas are hand-cut and formed, with each filling thoughtfully prepared by our chef using locally sourced ingredients. From classic combinations to seasonal vegetables, every bite reflects care, craft, and a sense of place.
