Our long noodles are fresh, never dried. Store refrigerated at 0-4C and enjoy within 7 days of production for best quality. Long noodles may also be frozen upon purchase for up to 3 months. Once thawed, do not refreeze and use within 24 hours.
Preparation: Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a roiling boil. Add pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until just tender and al dente. Drain and finish direcly in sauce.
