Our long noodles are fresh never dried. Keep refrigerated at 0-4C and enjoy within the 7 days of production for best quality. Long noodles may also be frozen upon purchase for up to 3 months. Once thawed, do not refreeze and use within 24 hours.
Preparation: Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta stirring to seperate the strands and cook for 2-3 minutes, or just until tender and al dente. Drain and finish directly in sauce.
