Our stuffed pastas are hand-cut and formed with fillings prepared in-house using locally sourced ingredients. Store refrigerated at 0-4C and enjoy withing 5 days of production. Stuffed pasta may also be frozen upon purchase for up to 3 months. Once thawed, do not refreeze and use within 24 hours.
Preparation: Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a gentle boil. Add pasta and cook until tender and heated through-3-4 minutes for fresh, 4-6 minutes for frozen. Remove with a slotted spoon and finish in sauce.
