Our noodles are fresh, never dried. Keep refrigerated at 0-4C. For best quality and texture, enjoy within 7 days of production. Long noodles may also be frozen upon purchase for up to 3 months. Once thawed, do not refreeze and use within 24 hours.
Preparation: Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes, or just until tender and al dente. Drain and finish directly in sauce.
