Our stuffed pastas are hand-cut and formed, with fillings prepared in-house using locally sourced ingredients. Store refrigerated at 0-4C and enjoy within 5 days of production.
Preparation: Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a gentle boil. Add pasta and cook until tender and heated through-3-4 minutes for fresh, 4-6 minutes from frozen. Remove with a slotted spoon and finish in sauce.
